Салфетки "Колетекс" успешно применимы для лечения трофических язв в т.ч. у больных сахарным диабетом. Разработан ассортимент салфеток последовательно применяемых для лечения в зависимости от стадий процесса:
Из антибактериальных средств предложено местное применение антисептиков, которые активны в отношении грамположительных и грамотрицательных микроорганизмов, в т.ч. резистентных к сульфаниламидам и антибиотикам. Кроме того, устойчивость микрофлоры к антисептикам (например, хлоргексидину) развивается медленно.
Из средств, стимулирующих репаративные процессы при местной терапии длительно незаживающих ран и трофических язв, в том числе у больных сахарным диабетом во 2-ю стадию лечения, в лекарственную композицию салфеток «Колетекс» были введены антиоксидант мексидол, иммуномодулятор дезоксирибонуклеат натрия (деринат), природный биологически активный препарат прополис — продукт жизнедеятельности пчел. Лечебное действие биологически активных средств и антиоксидантов связано с предотвращением генерации ряда токсичных форм кислорода и продуктов перекисного окисления липидов, образующихся в период повреждения, воспаления, ишемии тканей. Антиоксиданты устраняют вторичные эффекты медиаторов воспаления, активируют процессы заживления ран (Коровина М. А., Иванов А. Е., Поляков П. Ю., 2001; Антонов С. Ф., Никонов Б. А., Чурилова И. В. и соавт., 2003).
Специально созданная текстильно-биополимерная основа салфеток «Колетекс», в которой импрегнированно лекарство, является наиболее оптимальной системой доставки медикаментозных средств, выполняет функцию «депо» для лекарственных препаратов, обеспечивает их выход в подлежащие ткани в течении 48-72 часов. Кроме того, гель альгината натрия создает атравматичный защитный слой на поверхности ран, предотвращая травматизацию грануляций во время перевязок. Способ применения
У лежачих больных, при тяжелом течении сахарного диабета или варикозной патологии нижних конечностей часто формируются трофические дефекты. Такие заболевания практически не поддаются лечебному воздействию.

Принцип воздействия и состав
Зачем вообще нужен уход за ранами язвенного типа?
