Действие медпрепарата мягкое, что позволяет использовать его даже при болезни Рейно. Главное вещество средства – нифедипин, однако в отличие от оригинального средства, Кальциград отличается медленным высвобождением главного ингредиента.
Аликсирен
Лекарственное средство Аликсирен оказывает непосредственное влияние на ренин и обладает выраженную активность.
Снижение артериального давления наблюдается за счет уменьшения влияния ренина на ангиотензиноген обеих групп.
Препарат нового поколения не используется для самостоятельной терапии, а только в качестве вспомогательного средства при комплексном лечении.
Таблетки с длительным действием
Препараты, отличающиеся накопительным действием, составляют определенную фармакологическую группу и применяются при длительном курсе терапии.
Слабой гипотензивной направленностью отличаются следующие препараты:

Таблетки с наиболее скорым эффектом
Резкий скачок АД требует немедленного медикаментозного вмешательства, что позволит быстро купировать гипертонический приступ.
В качестве седативных медсредств при таком состоянии показано принять настойку валерианы или пустырника.
При предварительном согласовании с врачом гипертонический криз следует купировать следующими препаратами:
- Анаприлин;
- Нефидипин;
- Каптоприл;
- Раунатин – действует на нервную систему и почти не имеет противопоказаний;
- Резерпин – при кризе необходима максимальная дозировка средства – 0,5 мг.
Применение лекарственных средств этой группы является превентивной мерой для снижения АД и быстрой нормализации пульса.
Средства без побочных эффектов
Все химические медицинские препараты имеют побочные действия, снизить риск их появления можно только комплексным лечением.
Самые распространенные лекарства этой категории:
- Физиотенз. Максимальные побочные эффекты от препарата – небольшая сухость в ротовой полости, сонливость и незначительная слабость. Лекарство эффективно при гипертонии, и при этом практически безопасно. Пациенты не отмечают какого-либо сильного дискомфорта при терапии Физиотензом, кроме того, он повышает чувствительность организма к инсулину, что позволяет использовать его при сахарном диабете.
- Лизиноприл. Действие лекарства позволяет относить его к группе ингибиторов, эффективность повышается за счет содержания мочегонного компонента в составе.

- Небиволол, Карведилол и Лабеталол – представители новых блокаторов среди лекарственных средств. Оперативно и безопасно устраняют повышенное АД и возможные негативные последствия такого явления. При этом не вызывают побочных эффектов.
Любой из препаратов нового поколения, несмотря на минимум возможных негативных влияний на организм, требует назначения врача.
Как комбинировать несколько препаратов
Поскольку минимизировать побочные эффекты от медикаментозной терапии возможно при помощи комбинированного лечения, в медицинской практике принято назначать сразу несколько препаратов для одной схемы лечения.
Примерный вариант правильной комбинации представлен в таблице:
