Что такое осанка и каковы причины ее нарушения?
Почему сформировались своды стопы и отчего они деформируются?
Как можно определить искривление позвоночника и наличие (или отсутствие) плоскостопия?
Осанка — это привычное положение тела при стоянии, сидении и ходьбе.
Она зависит от формы позвоночного столба, положения головы, плечевого пояса и грудной клетки. При правильной осанке — спина прямая, голова слегка откинута назад, плечи расправлены, живот втянут. Это способствует нормальному функционированию внутренних органов и органов движения.
Неправильное положение костей приводит к смещению или сдавливанию внутренних органов, что нарушает их кровоснабжение и затрудняет работу. Привычка горбиться, сутулиться, неправильно сидеть за столом может привести к неравномерному распределению нагрузок на отдельные позвонки. В этом случае с возрастом межпозвоночные хрящевые диски истончаются, деформируются и смещаются, защемляя нерв. Развивается болезнь — остеохондроз: человеку трудно ходить и нагибаться, по ночам его мучают боли, и он не может уснуть. Болезнь может начаться и в молодом возрасте (до 30 лет).
Различают три степени нарушения осанки.
При первой степени отклонения от нормы слабо выражены и исчезают, ес ли человек старается держаться прямо и контролирует себя. При второй степени отклонения от нормы устойчивы, но, как правило, связаны лишь с нарушениями мышечного аппарата, а потому поддаются исправлению при занятиях лечебной физкультурой и корригирующей гимнастикой. Искривления третьей степени затрагивают скелет, поэтому лечению они поддаются с трудом.
Как же предупредить искривление позвоночника? Прежде всего надо правильно сидеть за столом (рис. 38). Если стол слишком низок, приходится наклоняться над ним, а если высок, человек изгибает туловище так, чтобы пишущая рука была на его поверхности. Первое ведет к сутулости, второе — к боковым искривлениям туловища. К нарушению осанки может привести и несимметричная нагрузка мышц: например, носить тяжести только в правой руке, при физической зарядке наклоняться в одну сторону больше, чем в другую, и т. п.
Предупреждение и лечение плоскостопия.
Плоскостопием называются болезненные изменения стопы, при которых уплощаются ее своды (рис. 39). Причиной плоскостопия могут стать неправильно подобранная обувь, длительное хождение или стояние, избыточная масса тела. При плоскостопии нарушается мышечный и связочный аппараты стопы. Она расплющивается, отекает. Возникают боли в стопе, голени, бедре и даже в пояснице.
При значительно выраженном плоскостопии применяют специальные стельки — супинаторы. Они поддерживают стопу в нужном положении. Это не только улучшает положение костей стопы, но и костей голеностопного, коленного и тазобедренного суставов.
Осанка, остеохондроз, корригирующая гимнастика, сутулость, боковые искривления (сколиоз), плоскостопие.
1. Что происходит при нарушении осанки первой, второй и третьей степени?
Какие нарушения в работе внутренних органов происходят при неправильной осанке?
Что такое плоскостопие, каковы его причины и принцип лечения?
Проанализируйте: правильно ли положение вашего тела при чтении, письме, переносе тяжелых предметов.
Осанка и плоскостопие
I. Выявление нарушений осанки.
Оборудование: сантиметровая лента.
Для выявления сутулости (круглой спины) сантиметровой лентой измерьте расстояние между самыми отдаленными точками левого и правого плеча, отступя на 3—5 см вниз от плечевого сустава, со стороны груди и со стороны спины. Первый результат разделите на второй. Если получается число, близкое к единице или больше ее, значит, нарушений нет. Получение числа меньше единицы говорит о нарушении осанки.
Встаньте спиной к стенке так, чтобы пятки, голени, таз и лопатки касались стены. Попробуйте между стенкой и поясницей просунуть кулак. Если он проходит — нарушение осанки есть. Если проходит только ладонь — осанка нормальная.
II. Выявление плоскостопия (работа выполняется дома).
Оборудование: таз с водой, лист бумаги, фломастер или простой карандаш.
Мокрой ногой встаньте на лист бумаги. Контуры следа обведите фломастером или простым карандашом.
Найдите центр пятки и центр третьего пальца. Соедините две найденные точки прямой линией. Если в узкой части след не заходит за линию — плоскостопия нет (рис. 39).

Цель работы:научиться оценивать показатели физического развития; выявлять нарушения опорно – двигательного аппарата.
Объекты и оборудование: планка длиной не менее 2м с нанесенными на нее сантиметровыми делениями; напольные весы, два листа бумаги, карандаш, линейка, небольшая гирька.
Ход работы:
1. Измерьте свой рост (работа выполняется в парах). При измерении обследуемый находится в положении тела по команде «смирно»; голова фиксируется так, чтобы верхняя часть ушных раковин находилась на уровне нижнего края глазниц.
2. Измерьте свой вес — массу тела. При измерении обследуемый становится на середину площадки весов и стоит спокойно.
3. Определите индекс Кетле (весо – ростовой показатель). Для этого вес (в кг) разделите на квадрат роста (в м). Сравните полученную величину с должной по таблице. Прибавление к должной величине индекса 2 – х единиц означает избыточность массы тела, а снижение на 2 единицы – его дефицит. Сделайте вывод о гармоничности своего физического развития, т.е. соответствие массы вашего тела его длине.
4. Используя рис.1, выясните, как изменяются пропорции частей тела человека в различные возрастные периоды. С чем это связано?
5. Позвоночник взрослого человека имеет изгибы: в шейном и поясничном отделах – кпереди, а грудном и крестцовом – кзади. При правильной осанки изгибы позвоночника умеренные. При нарушении осанки выражены изгибы позвоночника кпереди в области поясницы — лордоз, или грудной изгиб кзади («круглая спина») – кифоз (рис.2). Прислонившись затылком, спиной и поясницей к ровной стене, выясните состояние осанки вашего тела. Какое значение имеют изгибы позвоночника?
6. (Выполняется дома). Встаньте мокрыми босыми ногами на лист бумаги. Получившиеся следы обведите карандашом. Высохшие отпечатки принесите в школу.
7. Измерьте с помощью линейки ширину плюсневой части отпечатка стопы (в см), а затем ширину отпечатка стопы в ее средней части. Вычислите соотношение полученных значений по формуле:

Если полученное соотношение не превышает 33%, стопа нормальная и
плоскостопия нет (рис. 3). Сделайте вывод о состоянии вашей стопы.
8 Расположите лист бумаги между книгами так, как показано на рис. 4.
Выясните, в каком из двух случаев он выдерживает вес гирьки.
Сделайте вывод о функции свода стопы.

МИКРОСКОПИЧЕСКОЕ СТРОЕНИЕ КРОВИ
ЧЕЛОВЕКА И ЛЯГУШКИ
Цель работы:выявить особенности строения форменных элементов крови человека и лягушки.
Объекты и оборудование:постоянные микропрепараты "Кровь человека", "Кровь лягушки", микроскоп.
Ход работы:
1.Подготовьте микроскоп к работе. Закрепите на предметном столике микропрепарат крови человека и рассмотрите его сначала при малом увеличении, а затем при большом увеличении микроскопа. Сравните увиденное с рис. 1. Чем окрашенный микропрепарат отличается от неокрашенного? Какие форменные элементы крови видны?
2. Найдите на микропрепарате эритроциты. Обратите внимание, что их центральная часть окрашена слабее, чем периферическая, так как содержит меньше гемоглобина. Какая функция эритроцитов связана с гемоглобином? При боковом положении эритроцитов видно, что они имеют форму двояковогнутых дисков (рис. 2).
3. Передвигая микропрепарат, найдите лейкоциты. Каковы их форма и относительные размеры? Обратите внимание на присутствие ядер в лейкоцитах (в эритроцитах человека ядра отсутствуют). Каких форменных элементов в крови человека больше? Объясните, почему.
4. Найдите на микропрепарате скопления кровяных пластинок (тромбоцитов), телец округлой, веретенообразной или неправильной форм. Их способность склеиваться обусловливает участие в свертывании крови.
5. Установите на предметном столике микропрепарат крови лягушки. Рассмотрите его сначала при малом увеличении, а затем при большом увеличении микроскопа. Найдите форменные элементы крови: эритроциты, лейкоциты и кровяные пластинки — тромбоциты. Какие форменные элементы преобладают в крови лягушки? Объясните, почему.
6. Сравните эритроциты лягушки с эритроцитами человека. Результаты работы оформите в тетрадях в виде таблицы:

Конспект урока "Нарушение осанки и плоскостопие"
У каждого человека есть привычное для него положение тела в покое и движении, или другими словами – осанка.
Осанка – это привычное положение тела при стоянии, сидении, ходьбе и работе. Она зависит от развития скелета и мышц. У человека с хорошей, правильной осанкой прямая спина, расправленные плечи, находящиеся на одном уровне, поднятая голова, его грудь немного выступает над животом. Такой человек выглядит стройным и красивым. При правильной осанке изгибы позвоночника умеренные, имеют равномерно-волнообразный вид. Лопатки расположены симметрично, плечи развёрнуты. Мышцы у людей с правильной осанкой упругие, движения собранные и чёткие.
Правильное функционирование всех органов, высокая работоспособность возможны только при правильной осанке.
Совсем по-другому выглядит человек с плохой осанкой. У него голова выдвинута вперёд, грудная клетка уплощена, плечи сведены кпереди, живот выпячен, а грудь западает.
При неправильной осанке могут возникать разнообразные искривления позвоночника: боковое искривление (сколиоз), избыточный поясничный лордоз или избыточный грудной кифоз («круглая спина», или сутулость). При сколиозе плечи, лопатки и таз расположены несимметрично.
При неправильной осанке происходит смещение позвонков и межпозвоночных дисков. Это затрудняет работу сердца, лёгких и органов пищеварительной системы. В результате происходит снижение обмена веществ, появление головных болей, повышение утомляемости.
Со временем развивается остеохондроз (заболевание, связанное с нарушениями в суставных хрящах и межпозвоночных дисках). При этом заболевании трудно ходить и нагибаться, по ночам больного мучают боли в спине и конечностях, он не может уснуть.
Когда человек поднимает груз, нужно избегать глубоких прогибов позвоночника, так как нагрузка на позвоночник оказывается неравномерной и могут возникнуть болевые ощущения. Вот почему следует поднимать груз с прямой спиной.
Осанка не передаётся по наследству, т. е. от родителей к детям. Процесс её формирования начинается с возраста от шести до восьми лет в период роста и развития скелета и продолжается примерно до двадцати одного года. У детей младшего школьного возраста мышцы туловища ещё развиты слабо, поэтому их осанка неустойчива.
Необходимо также соблюдать правильную позу в положении стоя. Всегда держи спину прямо, не сутулься.
Голова должна быть приподнята, плечи расправлены, живот втянут, масса тела должна быть распределена равномерно на две ноги.
При ходьбе держись прямо. Иди свободным, пружинистым шагом. Начинай движения от бедра, а не от колена. Если несёшь что-нибудь тяжёлое, распредели груз равномерно в обе руки. Когда это невозможно, неси его то в одной, то в другой руке.
Книги и школьные тетради лучше всего носить в специальных рюкзаках, надеваемых на оба плеча. Нельзя спать на сильно прогибающейся кровати. Постель должна быть ровной и не очень мягкой.
Хорошей осанки никогда не будет у того, у кого слабые мышцы. Ведь именно мышцы поддерживают спину, плечи и голову. А они будут крепкими у того, кто занимается физкультурой.
Ребята, у которых осанка испорчена, могут её исправить.
Врачи выделяют три степени нарушения осанки.
При 1-й степени отклонения от нормы слабо выражены и исчезают, если человек старается держать спину прямо.
При 2-й степени отклонения более устойчивы, связаны с нарушением мышечной системы. Чтобы их исправить, нужно заниматься лечебной физкультурой. Искривления 3-й степени затрагивают скелет, поэтому лечению они поддаются с трудом.
Осанка — важный показатель, характеризующий физическое развитие человека. Это характеристика человека, которая рассматривается как прямое отражение здоровья и физического развития.
Серьёзной проблемой для многих людей является плоскостопие. Вы уже знаете, что в норме у человека стопа немного приподнята над поверхностью, она имеет сводчатую форму. Свод работает как пружина, которая поддерживается крепкими суставными связками и смягчает толчки тела при ходьбе.
Когда человек долго стоит, переносит большие тяжести, постоянно носит неудобную обувь с узкими носами и высокими каблуками, связки растягиваются, что приводит к уплощению свода стопы и болям в ногах. Это заболевание называется плоскостопием, т. е. стопа становится плоской и не может уменьшать нагрузки.
Для предупреждения плоскостопия рекомендуется ходьба босиком по неровной поверхности, например песку или гравию. Это способствует укреплению свода стопы. Также полезно выполнять упражнения для мышц стопы: ходьба на цыпочках, прыжки в длину и высоту, бег, игра в футбол, баскетбол, волейбол и плавание. Исправляют плоскостопие также с помощью стелек-супинаторов. Они поддерживают внутреннюю зону стопы, что улучшает положение её костей.
Итог урока. Осанка — это не только привычное положение человека в покое и в движении, но и признак состояния здоровья, гармоничного развития опорно-двигательной системы, привлекательной внешности. Правильная осанка обеспечивает правильную работу внутренних органов человека. Неправильное положение тела при стоянии, сидении, недостаточное развитие мышц ведёт к искривлению позвоночника. Плоскостопием называются болезненные изменения стопы, при которых уплощаются её своды.
