Онемение рук
Онемение рук – это состояние, при котором человек ощущает покалывание, чувство дискомфорта и «мурашек». Онемение рук может проявляться как вследствие ряда заболеваний, так и ввиду воздействия некоторых внешних факторов.
Как проявляется онемение рук?
Если у человека отмечается онемение верхних конечностей, то он, как правило, чувствует покалывание в онемевших пальцах и кистях рук. Проявляется чувство зябкости, стягивания, может также ощущаться жжение. Онемение возможно при нейропатии, которая развивается вследствие интоксикации или нарушения метаболизма. В этом состоянии больные жалуются на «одеревенение» конечностей. Нейропатия часто наблюдается у больных сахарным диабетом, ревматоидным артритом и др.
Онемение конечностей может сопутствовать ишемическому инсульту нижней мозжечковой и позвоночной артерий. В более редких случаях руки немеют в связи с гипервентиляцией, при которой в состоянии страха у человека наблюдается частое и поверхностное дыхание.
Причины онемения рук ночью часто связаны с неудобной подушкой или принятием неудобной позы во время сна. Как правило, в таких случаях нужно попробовать спать на другой подушке, засыпать в иной позе, и причина онемения конечностей рук будет устранена. Когда после изменения позиции онемение постепенно исчезает, человек чувствует покалывание в онемевшей конечности.
У некоторых людей в зависимости от вида их деятельности и особенностей принимаемой позы может отмечаться онемение отдельных пальцев – большого пальца, среднего пальца, указательного пальца, безымянного пальца руки. Онемение рук – это состояние, при котором человек ощущает покалывание, чувство дискомфорта и «мурашек». Онемение рук может проявляться как вследствие ряда заболеваний, так и ввиду воздействия некоторых внешних факторов.

При болезни Рейно у человека отмечаются нарушения кровообращения артерий, что ведет к периодическому онемению кистей и стоп. У людей с болезнью Рейно отмечается онемение, а также очень быстрое замерзание, синюшность пальцев рук.
Онемение возможно при нейропатии, которая развивается вследствие интоксикации или нарушения метаболизма. В этом состоянии больные жалуются на «одеревенение» конечностей. Нейропатия часто наблюдается у больных сахарным диабетом, ревматоидным артритом и др.
Онемение конечностей может сопутствовать ишемическому инсульту нижней мозжечковой и позвоночной артерий. В более редких случаях руки немеют в связи с гипервентиляцией, при которой в состоянии страха у человека наблюдается частое и поверхностное дыхание.
Причины онемения рук ночью часто связаны с неудобной подушкой или принятием неудобной позы во время сна. Как правило, в таких случаях нужно попробовать спать на другой подушке, засыпать в иной позе, и причина онемения конечностей рук будет устранена. Когда после изменения позиции онемение постепенно исчезает, человек чувствует покалывание в онемевшей конечности.
У некоторых людей в зависимости от вида их деятельности и особенностей принимаемой позы может отмечаться онемение отдельных пальцев – большого пальца, среднего пальца, указательного пальца, безымянного пальца руки. В таком случае необходимо обязательно консультироваться со специалистом, который определит, как лечить онемение пальцев рук. Однозначно лечение онемения пальцев рук будет связано с лечением болезни, симптомом которой и является это состояние.
