Методы прижигания
Чтобы остановить кровообращение в мелких сосудах носа используют различные методы: воздействие химических реагентов, высоких или низких температур, электрического тока или радиоволн. Прижигание серебром
Серебро — химический реагент, обладающий коагуляционными и антисептическими свойствами. Нитрат серебра соединяют с другими химическими веществами и наносят полученную смесь точечно на очаги поражения, расположенные в передней части носа. Эта методика несовершенна, болезненна и имеет много недостатков. Именно поэтому ее крайне редко применяют в современной медицине. Используют такое прижигание только при незначительных кровотечениях, воздействуя средством на несимметричные участки. Это необходимо для предотвращения образования соединительнотканных спаек в носу.
Нитрат серебра в концентрации 40-50% наносят на слизистую оболочку, окружающую очаг поражения. Если прижигать непосредственно пораженный сосуд, кровотечение может усилиться. На месте воздействия образуется корка, которая через несколько суток сама отходит от слизистой. Снимать ее строго запрещено. Это может привести к возобновлению кровотечения. Процедура длится не более 10 минут. Сразу после операции у больных возможно жжение, чихание, слезотечение, заложенность носа. Эти временные явления вскоре исчезнут самостоятельно.
Лазерная коррекция
Лазерная коагуляция в настоящее время является самой безопасной, безболезненной и эффективной методикой, единственный недостаток которой – стоимость. Из-за цены многие пациенты выбирают другие варианты лечения.
Операция длится около получаса. Лазерный луч действует только на очаг поражения, не затрагивая здоровые ткани. Он останавливает кровоток в конкретном сосуде и образует на поверхности пленку, защищающую от болезнетворных микроорганизмов. Когда операция заканчивается, больным не закладывают тампоны в носовые ходы. Спустя пару часов после вмешательства их отправляют домой: стационарное лечение не требуется. Реабилитационный период короткий — примерно 7 дней. В это время больным следует вести себя спокойно, не опускать низко голову, не париться, не применять деконгестанты и не употреблять алкоголь. Ускорить процесс регенерации помогут специальные спреи и увлажнители носа.
Прижигание сосудов лазером исключает рецидив кровотечения. Сосуды запаиваются, а не лопаются. На слизистой носа остаются ранки до 2 мм в диаметре. Со временем они эпителизируются. Электрическая и радиоволновая коагуляция
Электрокоагуляция сосудов осуществляется под воздействием постоянного электрического тока. Электрод вводят в полость носа, накаляют и коагулируют кровоточащий сосуд. Образуется ожог, разрушающий ткани. Кровотечение останавливается, а на поверхности появляется пленка или корочка, защищающая ранку от бактерий. Со временем под коркой нарастет здоровая ткань с новыми кровеносными сосудами.
Радиоволновая коагуляция происходит также, как и электрокоагуляция. Электродом с переменным током воздействуют на слизистую оболочку. Ткани нагреваются и разрушаются, кровообращение прекращается.
Эти два метода имеют существенное отличие: в первом случае нагревается зона, соприкасающаяся с электродом, а во втором — окружающие очаг ткани.
Воздействие жидким азотом
Криодеструкция — воздействие на очаг поражения жидким азотом, разрушающим ткани и останавливающим кровообращение. Кровь сгущается, образуются тромбы. Этот метод достаточно безопасный и малоинвазивный. Он не вызывает дисфункцию органа и максимально сохраняет целостность его структур. Длительность воздействия – несколько минут, курс лечения – 2–3 сеанса. Регенерационные процессы начинаются на 3 день после последней процедуры и сопровождаются выделением густой слизи из носа.

Использование радионожа — новая и дорогая операция. Гамма-нож представляет собой тонкий, не нагревающийся стержень, который за счет тока рассекает ткани и прижигает края раны. Радиоволны
Избавиться от частых и обильных носовых кровотечений поможет радиоволновое воздействие аппарата «Сургитрон». Эта практически безболезненная процедура занимает минимум времени. Ход операции
Прижигание сосудов в носу выполняется по одной и той же схеме, независимо от выбранной методики и применяемого оборудования:
- Анемизация — спазм сосудов, вызванный «Адреналином», который впрыскивают в нос или смазывают им слизистую оболочку,
- Местная анестезия — в нос вводят ватно-марлевые турунды, смоченные в специальном растворе и оставляют на пару минут,
- Кожу лица обеззараживают спиртом,
- Все манипуляции в носу совершаются под контролем эндоскопических приборов или хирургических зеркал,
- Операция считается безболезненной, пациент ощущает лишь незначительное пощипывание,
- Процедура длится в среднем 10-30 минут и хорошо переносится пациентами.
В раннем послеоперационном периоде больные не должны сморкаться, перенапрягаться и самостоятельно удалять корочки из носа. Натуральные масла ускоряют процессы восстановления слизистой оболочки. Методики прижигания сосудов в носовой полости
В медицинской практике существует достаточно много способов остановить кровотечение из носа. Давайте рассмотрим их поподробнее.
Коагуляция радиохирургическим ножом
Данная процедура относится к электрохирургическим вмешательствам. Ее главная цель – предотвратить носовое кровотечение и сделать так, чтобы оно больше не появлялось. В результате коагуляции ткани носовой полости не разрушаются.
Процедура осуществляется с помощью воздействия электрического тока. В процессе коагуляции мягкая ткань и кожные клетки нагреваются. Из-за этого жидкость, находящаяся в клетках, начинает закипать и испаряться. Вследствие этого образуется надрез специальной глубины, в которой сворачивается кровь и проходит процесс дезинфекции.
Радиохирургический нож имеет вид тонкого электрода, который в процессе прижигания не нагревается. Преимуществом процедуры является то, что в момент прижигания слизистая оболочка и ткани носовой полости не травмируются. После проведенной мини-операции у пациента нет неприятного дискомфорта и болевых ощущений. Также отсутствует процесс воспаления и отечности.
Лазерное прижигание носового кровотечения
Для проведения этой процедуры врачи используют аппарат, который подает лазерные лучи специальной мощности. Подача лучей может быть постоянной и импульсной. Все зависит от индивидуальных особенностей организма пациента. Определить это может только врач, который будет проводить прижигание.
Если доктор опытный, то он правильно направляет луч. Из-за этого близлежащие ткани и клетки не травмируются. На месте прижигания лазером образуется пленка, которая не дает возможности патогенным микроорганизмам проникнуть в открытую рану. Таким образом полностью отсутствуют противовоспалительные процессы.
Процедура проводится в лежачем положении. Перед началом пациенту делают местную анестезию. Процесс прижигания длится приблизительно полчаса. В это время пациент должен находиться в одном положении и не двигаться. В противном случае лазер будет выжигать здоровые клетки слизистой оболочки.
Период восстановления длится два-три часа. В это время пациент находится под наблюдением лечащего врача. Если все хорошо и у пациента не наблюдаются серьезные отклонения, то больной может идти домой.
Чтобы не допустить серьезных осложнений, пациенту некоторое время стоит воздержаться от:
- применения определенной группы лекарственных препаратов (можно только те, которые назначил лечащий врач);
- посещения бань и саун;
- употребления алкогольных напитков;
- курения.

Данная методика используется сейчас очень редко, и скорее всего, она уже уйдет в прошлое. Причина кроется не в ее неэффективности, просто сейчас тяжело найти серебро в аптеке. Также в современной медицине уже есть много новых и менее травматичных процедур.
Нитрат серебра прикладывают к кровоточащему сосуду. В результате образуется корочка, которая со временем самостоятельно отпадает. Сдирать ее самостоятельно нельзя, иначе эффект выздоровления не наступит.
Другие способы прижигания носовых сосудов
Чтобы создать струпы, врачи прибегают к использованию некоторых кислот. Это может быть трихлоруксусная, молочная и хромовая кислота, квасцы, соли цинка и танин. Методика прижигания выбирается исключительно по глубине прижигания. Для каждого пациента она подбирается индивидуально.
Зачастую после прижигания у пациента опять кровоточат носовые сосуды. Чтобы такого избежать, необходимо прижигать не только место, откуда выделяется кровь, но и область вокруг этого места. Таким образом можно добиться большего эффекта.
Применение жидкого азота сравнивают с прижиганием. Азот представлен в виде бесцветной жидкости. Полностью отсутствует запах. Температура прижигающей жидкости составляет 196 градусов с минусовым значением.
Во время процедуры прижигание воздействует только на пораженный участок сосуда, не оставляя при этом рубцов. В это время ткань практически не травмируется. Эта процедура называется криовоздействием, и может проводиться в период кровотечения.
Хирургическое прижигание
Процедура проводится исключительно в условиях больницы. С помощью радиоволн можно избавить пациента от кровотечения, воспаления слизистой оболочки, воспаления небных миндалин. Также можно удалить новообразования, которые были диагностированы в носовой полости.
Особенности прижигания сосудов в носовой полости
После того как пациенту провели процедуру, он должен некоторое время придерживаться особых правил. Это позволит предотвратить повторное кровотечение и развитие осложнений.
Во-первых, первые несколько дней нельзя напрягать нос, чтобы пленочка не разошлась. Если она отпадет преждевременно, то может спровоцировать развитие воспалительного процесса.
Во-вторых, нельзя сморкаться, а в-третьих – нельзя пытаться самостоятельно удалить корочку. Даже если она вызывает неприятные ощущения в носовой полости, то нужно потерпеть. В скором времени она отпадет самостоятельно.
После операции приблизительно двое суток необходимо смазывать носовой проход вазелином или облепиховым маслом. Только опять же, это нужно делать аккуратно. Возможно, вместо масла врач назначит лекарственную мазь.
Если вы заметили, что периодически у вас начинается кровотечение из носа, то стоит обратиться к врачу за помощью. Именно прижигание сосудов позволит вам на долгое время избавиться от этого недуга.
Назначить прижигание может только лечащий врач. При выборе процедуры он руководствуется результатами объективного осмотра и дополнительного обследования.
