В отличие от двух остальных разновидностей процедуры, КТ-коронарография отличается следующими преимуществами:

Подготовка к обследованию
Внутрисосудистая диагностика – это сопряженная с определенными рисками процедура. Поэтому к ней необходимо пациента хорошо подготовить. Больному обязательно:
- делают ЭКГ и эхокардиографию,
- берут пробы на наличие вирусов,
- определяют группу крови,
- по усмотрению врача назначаются консультации других специалистов.

Как готовят к процедуре пациента

Возможность применения иных средств обсуждается с врачом. Режим больного после обследования
На заключительном этапе катетер удаляют, а на место его введения накладывается специальная повязка либо швы. Пациенту назначается постельный режим, щадящая диета, рекомендуется обильное питье, чтобы контрастный состав хорошо выводился из организма.
Нередко после коронарографии больной жалуется, что болит рука или нога. Эти явления обычно проходят через несколько дней, но к таким жалобам медицинский персонал обязан относиться внимательно, чтобы предотвратить вероятностные осложнения.
Если место прокола продолжает кровоточить и болеть, об этом необходимо сказать врачу. В течение нескольких дней после обследования больному не рекомендуются тяжелые физические нагрузки.

В каких случаях диагностика сосудов сердца не назначается
Хотя по оценкам специалистов коронарография является относительно безопасной манипуляцией, существует ряд причин, когда ее нельзя делать. Поводом для переноса или даже отмены диагностики могут стать такие факторы:
- если у больного аллергия на контрастный компонент,
- повышенная температура,
- выраженная анемия,
- острые инфекционные процессы любого происхождения,
- язвенная болезнь в стадии обострения,
- плохие показатели свертываемости крови,
- недостаточное содержание в крови солей калия,
- сахарный диабет,
- почечная и сердечная недостаточность,
- гипертония, которая не поддается медикаментозному лечению.
Кроме перечисленных факторов существуют и такие противопоказания, как избыточная масса тела и преклонный возраст.
Конечно, в каждом отдельном случае медикам приходится решать вопрос о целесообразности проведения сосудистой диагностики с учетом индивидуальных особенностей больного, его состояния и тяжести заболевания.
Потенциальные риски и осложнения
Медики перед обследованием сосудов сердца методом коронарографии взвешивают все риски, и только по жизненным показаниям назначают его пациенту. Но больной тоже должен тщательно продумать свое согласие. Ему следует постараться подробно узнать о самой методике, о том, какие последствия могут быть после ее проведения. Несмотря на то, что исход мероприятия в основном положительный, существует риск развития таких осложнений:
