В последнее время увеличилось количество диагностирования у детей до года неврологических заболеваний и проблем с опорно-двигательным аппаратом. Для полноценного лечения грудничкам прописывают массаж в комплексе с разными физиопроцедурами (электрофорез, парафин, расслабляющие ванны, УВЧ и другие). Больше всего вопросов возникает при назначении новорожденным электрофореза. Есть мнения, что этот процесс болезненный, бесполезный и даже вредный для маленьких детей. Но эти мнения противоречат вообще принципу работы электрофореза.
Принцип действия электрофореза
Электрофорез – это движение заряженных частиц (ионов) в электрическом поле, способных переносить различные частицы в парообразной или жидкой среде.
А сама физиопроцедура электрофорез, заключается в следующем: на кожу человека с двух сторон кладутся прокладки электродов в ткани, пропитанной лекарственным раствором, где химическое вещество (лекарство) распадается на ионы. При прохождении электрического тока через этот раствор ионы лекарства начинают перемещаться, проникать через кожу, слизистые оболочки, и попадать в организм человека. Лекарство после проникновения в ткани равномерно распределяется в клетках и межклеточной жидкости. Электрофорез доставляет лекарство в эпидермис и дерму, откуда оно всасывается в кровь и лимфу, через которые уже доставляется ко всем органам и тканям, но максимально сохраняется в области введения лекарства.
Известно, что действие лекарств и восприимчивость к ним увеличиваются под воздействием постоянного тока, что помогает добиться максимального эффекта.
Для чего и какой назначают электрофорез для грудничков?
Благодаря тому, что электрофорез имеет противовоспалительное, обезболивающее, успокаивающее и расслабляющее мышцы действие, то его для грудничков назначают в таких случаях:
- гипертонус или гипотонус мышц;
- любые нарушения костно-мышечного аппарата (особенно кривошея и дисплазия);
- неврологические нарушения;
- для снижения болевого синдрома;
- диатез.
В зависимости от проблемы для грудничков могут назначать электрофорез с эуфиллином, дибазолом, магнезией, папаверином (на шею при кривошее и для нормализации тонуса всего тела) и кальцием (для формирования костных ядрышек в тазобедренном суставе).
Противопоказания электрофореза для грудничков
Как бы ни безопасна и полезна была бы эта физиопроцедура, но ее категорически запрещено проводить при:
- наличии гнойной инфекции на коже:
- бронхиальной астме в острой форме;
- повышении температуры тела;
- сердечной и почечной недостаточности;
- наличии дерматита или повреждениях кожи в месте наложения.
Как делают электрофорез грудничку в домашних условиях?
Для меньшей вероятности подхватить инфекцию и психического спокойствия грудничка, электрофорез можно проводить на дому. Для этого вам надо купить аппарат, изучить инструкцию и технику безопасности при работе с ним. На первую физиопроцедуру лучше пригласить квалифицированную медсестру, которая вам наглядно покажет весь процесс правильного накладывания. У врача получить предписание с 
количеством процедур и указанием лекарственного препарата, раствор которого заказывать лучше в аптеке, а не делать самостоятельно. Не проводите сеанс больше положенного времени – для маленьких детей это до 8 минут. Больше — не значит лучше!
Если после начала проведения процедур ваш ребенок стал вести себя хуже, появились проблемы со сном, то значит, ему стоит прервать курс электрофореза. Уже доказано, что все прописанные процедуры лучше работают в комплексе, поэтому электрофорез для грудничков надо обязательно сочетать с массажем и другими процедурами.
После рождения малыша, патронаж или проф. осмотр до года могут обнаружить некоторые отклонения от нормального состояния здоровья.
Учитывая несформированность нервной и костной системы, многие отклонения могут пройти при помощи курса массажа или принятия витаминов, но что-то нуждается в лечении. Лечение многих заболеваний, связанных с неврологией и ортопедией, происходит с применением электрофореза.
Что это за процедура — электрофорез?
Электрофорез — физиопроцедура с применением малого заряда тока. Суть процедуры в том, чтобы максимально донести лекарство в область, необходимую для лечения. Помимо наличия в процессе лекарственных средств, сам по себе ток, применяемый на определенной части тела, имеет нервно-рефлекторное действие.
Плюсы применения электрофореза для грудных детей:
- Даже при малом содержании лекарственного вещества, оно максимально будет вводиться в организм, проникая в поры кожи.
- Электрофорез, назначенный курсом, позволит накапливать необходимое средство в нуждающейся области.
- Если грудному ребенку противопоказаны какие-либо сильные лекарства, то сам ток поможет реабилитировать, к примеру, плохо проходящие нервные импульсы.
- Процедура является безболезненной и непродолжительной по времени.
- Электрофорез имеет расслабляющее действие.
- Беспокойного ребенка, нужно будет удерживать в одном положении на протяжении нескольких минут.
- Если в процессе процедуры ребенок кричит и вырывается, то эффект от проведения мероприятия будет утерян.
- После проведения электрофореза возможен зуд и сухость на коже.
- Запрещен электрофорез в ряде случаев из списка противопоказаний.
Показания к применению у грудничка
Существуют различные диагнозы у младенцев, при которых проведение курса электрофореза просто необходимо.
Повышенный или пониженный тонус мышц
Курс процедур при данном диагнозе обычно сочетают с курсом массажа. Смысл лечебных мероприятий в том, чтобы заставить мышцы расслабиться либо, напротив, произвести напряжение. Ток помогает проходимости нервного импульса от мозга к конечностям, что и дает нужный эффект.
Дисплазия и кривошея
При деформации скелета малыша электрофорез позволяет расслабить нужную часть тела. Дисплазия и кривошея наиболее частые диагнозы у грудничков. Им электрофорез позволяет накопить необходимое количество лекарственных средств и расслабиться. Замечено, что после курса электрофореза дети более спокойно себя ведут, лучше спят. Ортопед после прохождения процедур с током назначает обычно массаж, который в такой последовательности дает больший эффект.
Другие нарушения
- Нарушения неврологического характера.
Все неврологические процессы (нарушения ЦНС, тонус, внутричерепное давление) связаны с недостаточностью прохождения импульсов от мозга к нужной части тела. Воздействие током на нужные узлы прохождения таких импульсов позволяют достичь нужной цели и дать улучшение состояния.
- Как обезболивающее средство, электрофорез проводят перед походом к массажисту или мануальному терапевту.
- Для грудных детей принятие многих лекарств недоступно в связи с малым возрастом.
Но снизить эффект от пищевой аллергии можно с помощью электрофореза. Малая доза лекарства может быть введена в организм через поры, что даст положительный результат и не вызовет побочных эффектов.
- При нарушениях дыхательной системы, физиотерапия обладает сосудорасширяющим эффектом. После процедуры дыхание становится более чистым и глубоким.
- Заболевания слизистых оболочек подвергаются воздействию лекарств через электрофорез, там самым, обеспечивая дополнительно их прогревание.
Противопоказания
Как бы ни был эффективен электрофорез в лечении множества болезней, применять его можно далеко не всегда.
При наличии следующих особенностей, электрофорез может быть вредным и его не назначают:
- Опухоли, вне зависимости от размера и расположения.
- Если присутствует кардиопротез.
- При воспалительных процессах в организме.
- Любые высыпания, покраснения, пятна на коже.
- Не затянувшиеся царапины или иные повреждения кожаного покрова в месте предполагаемой подачи тока.
- Если температура тела выше нормы.
- При остром протекании бронхиальной астмы.
- Низкий показатель свертываемости крови пациента.
- Аллергия на предполагаемые лекарственные средства.
- Болезни сердца.

Процесс прохождения процедуры у новорожденного
- После получения назначения от врача-специалиста, необходимо пройти в кабинет физиопроцедур и выяснить в какое время проводятся прием и что нужно при себе иметь.
- Приходить в кабинет для прохождения процедур нужно предварительно накормив ребенка (между едой и процедурой должно пройти не менее получаса).
- Процедуры проходят преимущественно в горизонтальном положении. При невозможности зафиксировать малыша лежа, возможен вариант с держанием на руках.
- Прокладки, смоченные в лекарственном составе, накладываются на область назначения и фиксируются тканевой завязкой.
- Регулируется подача тока и контролируется реакция малыша на возникновение ощущений покалывания.
- В одном положении грудничка необходимо продержать от 10-20 минут.
- После окончания времени, медсестра отключает аппарат и снимает накладки.
- Места на теле, к которым были приложены тканевые прокладки, вытираются насухо.
- Обработка детским кремом покрасневшей кожи.
- Утепление места, к которому применялась процедура.
Как часто можно проходить?
Процедура электрофореза помогает накопить на нужном участке тела новорожденного ребенка необходимое количество лекарственного препарата.
Физиопроцедуры назначаются курсом в десять посещений подряд (могут прерываться из-за выходных).
Возможные побочные эффекты у грудничков
При появлении следующих симптомов после первых процедур, нужно отказаться от дальнейшего прохождения курса:
- Зуд.
- Сыпь.
- Аллергическая реакция.
- Повышенное беспокойство ребенка.
Можно ли делать электрофорез ребенку дома?
Для домашнего лечения потребуется:
- Иметь портативный аппарат для осуществления подачи тока к необходимой части тела.
