Варикоз в паху у мужчин – заболевание, локализация процесса которого наблюдается в паховой вене. Болезнь встречается не часто – около 15% мужчин подвержены патологии, однако симптоматика болезни скрытая, и проявляет себя в различной интенсивности.

- Нарушение работы ЖКТ: язва, гастрит, гепатоз.
- Хронические запоры – один из распространенных факторов.

Причинами могут явиться алкогольная зависимость, курение, избыточная масса тела и эндокринные заболевания, при которых изменяется гормональный баланс пациента.
Группы риска
Существует группа людей, у которых болезнь сосудов встречается чаще обычного. Связано это с несколькими причинами, но в большинстве случаев обусловлено генетической предрасположенностью.

- ухудшается эректильная функция;
- симптомы развиваются стремительно, и за день средняя стадия может перейти в более тяжелую (четвертую).
Признаки, характерные для заключительной стадии:
- отсутствие полового влечения;
- отечность;
- появление шишек и выступов на поверхности вены;
- изменение пигментация;
- гиперемия;

Методы лечения
Терапия варикозного расширения вен зависит от нескольких факторов:
- Что явилось причиной.
- Имеется ли группа риска.
- Стадия недуга.

Консервативная терапия

На ранних стадиях их можно определить только когда пациент стоит, в лежачем положении — вены спадаются. В дальнейшем варикоз в паху у мужчин можно определить и в горизонтальном положении пациента. Инструментальное обследование состоит из проведения ультразвукового исследования (допплерографии), ангиографии, дуплексного сканирования.
Ангиография проводится с введением контрастного вещества в полость сосуда с дальнейшей рентгенографией. На снимках определяются наиболее пораженные участки. Дуплексное сканирование – необязательный вид диагностики, назначается в тех случаях, когда другие способы оказались малоинформативными. Проводится также спермограмма для определения функции яичек.
Последствия
Нежелательными последствиями запущенного варикоцеле могут стать:
- бесплодие;
- онкозаболевания;
- инсульты и инфаркты в случае отрыва тромба;
- аденома предстательной железы;
- тромбофлебит и трофические язвы впоследствии;
- воспалительные процессы в мошонке.

Классическая хирургическая методика лечения варикоза в паху представляет собой проникновение к вене, снабжающей кровью яички, или лозовидному сплетению, перевязыванию ее в двух местах с дальнейшим ее пересечением.
Показания к хирургическому вмешательству таковы:
- выраженный болевой синдром;
- атрофия яичка (длина меньше 4 см, объем менее 20 мл);
- венозные сплетения, не поддающиеся консервативному лечению;
- наличие осложнений или угроза бесплодия.
